FACTS: Medical Malpractice claim of negligence in failing to properly administer appropriate Photo-therapy to a newborn suffering from an elevated bilirubin count. The newborn infant suffered severe lifetime injuries due to the negligence of a major New York City hospital. The Plaintiffs' Law Firm of Rosenberg, Minc, Falkoff and Wolff, LLP., investigated and litigated the parents and infants claim of medical malpractice successfully negotiating a $30 million settlement award to the family to be used for lifetime care.
