Daniel C. Minc
Daniel C. Minc began his legal career in 1977 with one of the most highly respected firms practicing personal injury and medical malpractice law in New York City. He became a partner in 1985 and has remained with the firm since.
He has dedicated his career to representing seriously injured victims of personal injury and medical malpractice. During his more than 20 years as a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association Daniel has helped victims secure several multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements totaling more than five hundred million dollars. One of his most prominent victories was a fifteen million dollar jury verdict against one of Manhattan’s largest hospitals.
Daniel is frequently featured in national media, including being named one of Newsweek’s “2012 Leaders in Personal Injury”. He has made several television appearances to discuss his clients’ cases and outcomes. Daniel has been selected as a national Super Lawyer and was awarded Martindale-Hubbell’s five year recognition award for “Very High Legal Ability”. He has also taught trial technique courses to the bar association.
