After a three-day trial before Supreme Court Justice Stanly Sklar, the jurors found the Staten Island Medical Group, a HIP clinic, was liable to Joanne Falconer, 28-years-old at the time the benign tumor was removed, for $350,000 for her past pain and suffering and $650,000.00 for her future pain and suffering

Ms. Falconer was represented by Peter D. Rosenberg of Rosenberg, Minc, Falkoff & Wolff, LLP., William P. Weininger of Samuel & Weininger in Lake Success, Nassau County, appeared for the medical group.
