Peter Rosenberg and his family have been trial lawyers for three generations. Peter’s grandfather Gustave G. Rosenberg founded the firm in 1920. Following his years as a trial attorney, he became Chairman of the New York City Board of Higher Education, a State Supreme Court Justice and a Judge of the New York Court of Claims. Lawrence Rosenberg, Peter’s father, actively practiced for nearly forty years until he retired in 1985.


Peter Rosenberg has been in practice since 1979, and has dedicated himself to helping victims of personal injury and medical malpractice ever since.


Peter has tried more than one hundred cases and achieved several multi-million dollar awards for his clients. His skillful negotiations have settled hundreds of additional cases to his clients’ benefit.


Mr. Rosenberg is always available to meet or speak with his client as often as they need and will help his clients navigate the difficult emotional process of resolving personal injury or medical malpractice litigation.
