Gary Silverstein has been a partner of Rosenberg, Minc, Falkoff & Wolff since 2001, and an associate of the firm since 1989. Mr. Silverstein graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York College at Oneonta in 1983. Mr. Silverstein holds a degree of Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, having graduated in 1988.

For nearly 25 years Mr. Silverstein has handled complex tort cases. He has tried and successfully recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for victims of medical malpractice, construction accidents, automobile accidents, defective products and negligently maintained premises cases.

A sampling of Mr. Silverstein’ s recent jury verdicts include: $3.2 million against a prominent Manhattan eye surgeon; $2.4 million recovered on behalf of Kings County construction worker; $1.6 million recovered on behalf of a Brooklyn grandmother in a medical malpractice action and $1.1 million dollars on behalf of two young men assaulted at a large residential apartment complex – just to name a few!

He has also negotiated and settled hundreds of millions of dollars of claims for clients who lost loved ones or were seriously injured as the result of a slip & fall, construction accidents, and traumatic brain injuries.
